5. Return, Refund & Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request return or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue refunds or replacements as per our Return & Refund Policy.
